Michael holds the music degrees of BA(Mus), MMus, PhD(Mus), the latter qualification enabling the title of ‘Dr'. He also holds a raft of Associate, Licentiate and Fellowship diplomas in various facets of music including a Fellow of the London College of Music. In addition, he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Michael is an examiner of graded and diploma exams in music and an exam syllabus setter as well as a music tutor.
